Reality: chaotic and confusing
I escape to a place far more amusing
Imagine an extravagant palace of Victorian style
The floors covered in flowers over soft pink tile

Tall windows remain open, curtains flowing in the breeze
A fox butler serves my favorite drink, I sip away my worries
I speak with the fox, stroll through an elaborate garden
I visit this place often, nothing seems foreign

It is peculiar, sublime
I’d love to stay, I haven’t any time
A few seconds of daydreaming, I escape for a moment
Back to reality and all its torment
