Realizations I had this week:

  • It is an immense waste of time to dictate what photos of you people are and aren’t allowed to post on social media. No one looking through your feed cares as much about you as you do. No one.
  • You choose what bothers you, and a red light shouldn’t be one.
  • Time management is cute. Organization is sexy. But every kind of beauty is encapsulated in the details, specifically, in checking them off.
  • Sleep is valuable. They say geniuses never sleep, but they definitely do.
  • “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” is not meant to be interpreted as “An apple after a shitty meal nulls the trans fats and cholesterol of cheeseburger.”
