A little mermaid by the sea
She whispered to me:
The sun, the sand, the shore
you’ve seen it all before
Only this time you’ll remember
your reflection in the water
You drinking wine and prancing
quickly and slowly dancing
Looking down sea lane,
which you won’t see soon again

She sprinkled fairy dust everywhere she went,
Little did she know her wanderlust
was coming to an end,
The waterfalls stopped rushing,
but she still kept blushing,
it was until she realized
a dream has crossed her mind
and every second of it she has left behind.
