Hi, everyone! Recently I’ve been feeling super nostalgic about my earlier teenage years. Though it was great being young, I still remember that the relationships I had weren’t necessarily healthy. Today I’m talking to you about toxic relationships, with a particular one in mind, and how I’ve been handling it. I want to know:
- How can you detect that a relationship is unhealthy? Is it something you can just feel?
- Are romantic relationships the only ones that are capable of being toxic?
- Is it possible to move on and forget about a toxic relationship?
- What if I feel like the other person depends on me too much for me to accept the toxicity and end my relationship?
