I can relate so much that I don’t know how to describe it. I think everyone that struggles with anxiety will understand what you are saying. Is something hard to fight it, but ‘m now finding out that we can turn that feeling into another thing that is not bad. I started medication four months ago and it helped me a lot, but I’m constantly trying to focus on doing nice things. Going for afternoon walks, exercising, finding good friends and not skipping any therapy time is crucial in my process to get better. Anxiety was often stopping me from living, and I don’t want this anymore.
I love your art. Thank you!
