Hey, guys! I just had the crappiest week ever (like, in my entire life), and I’m so not used to feeling down in the dumps! I’ve been having some trouble dealing with how I feel and trying to figure out if I even want to deal with it. So today I will be asking (and maybe answering?) the following questions:
- Is it bad to pretend that I’m OK?
- Is it healthy to let the world know how I feel?
- When should I put on a brave face and when should I just accept my emotions?
- Why do I even think I need to put on a façade?
