I loved this! (and want the bed linen for christmas <3)
i was obsessed w Twister!! I had a friend who wasn’t allowed to see it bc it was PG13, so I recounted every single detail to her in the school playground. The drive-in scene, omg!
from wikipedia:
On May 24, 1996, a tornado destroyed Screen #3 at the Can-View Drive-In, a drive-in theater in Thorold, Ontario, which was scheduled to show the movie Twister later that evening, in a real-life parallel to a scene in the film in which a tornado destroys a drive-in during a showing of the film The Shining.
I love the movie Twister! Granted, it didn’t affect me nearly as much as it did you though :p
omg these cartoons never fail to make me happy!!
I remember a few weeks ago there was a tornado warning where i live, but then the warning ended in like 20 minutes but we didn’t know and stayed in the basement for 3 hours. Worst three hours of my life!!! lol
Love this comic! Reminds me of how childhood interests can be so intense!! I also went through a “weather” phase and I was really into clouds, hahaha
i relate very strongly to this

I have never seen Twister — I HAVE to now!
