Xanax is a livesaver for flying.

I also bring a Sudoku for takeoff and/or a notebook/coloring book (making me use the other part of my brain stops anxiety).

I’m very much afraid of heights but I’m always so morbid about it,especially on plane rides. I ask for the window seat so if the plane is gonna crash, I can watch. Creepy right? I guess I’d rather know of my own impending doom. :p

Hahahaha I love flying I actually jumped out of a plane once skydiving!! I think that this is a really helpful list though. When I flew to California I experienced the worst turbulence (played it off with my sister and pretended to use the barf bag to puke and it was really funny). If I can survive that I can survive anything hahaha.

Just want to mention, you cannot bring any kind of liquid over 100ml on an international flight to the US or a domestic flight in Canada. What you should do instead is bring a large, empty plastic water bottle and fill it once you get through security. I like to use those collapsing bag-style one they sell at hiking stores, because they take up less space when empty

    Esme. ESME.

WE HAVE THE SAME BEANIE BABY BEAR.

I hope you find this news to be as unexpectedly awesome as I do.

It’s just… a lil’ wacky to see a cartoon rendition of my stuffed animal companion-of-my-heart (together since second grade and going strong!) pop up in your illustration. LOVE IT

I’ve never suffered from the fear of flying, like NEVER. But I think this is an awesome list! I know people who are really panicking, so next time they’re going somewhere, I’ll show this to them. And as always, I love Esme’s drawings <3

This could not have come at a better time! I’m flying from Atlanta to London tomorrow all by myself and I’m so nervous. I’ve been flying ever since I was a baby and it never bothered me, but recently I’ve been getting really anxious on planes and just having really negative and scary thoughts.

I have a love hate relationship with flying. I’ve always loved flying, I still do, there’s something soothing and exciting about it but because lots of stuff has happened lately I get really anxious even thinking about flying somewhere. Really needed this since I’ll be on holiday in a few weeks! Thanks Esme xxx
