Hello Rooks, today I want you to paint a portrait—visual or with words—of someone you have never officially met. It could be a total stranger, someone you’ve seen on the street, at school or the park, on the bus, who fascinates you for whatever reason or maybe there is someone you’ve heard stories about—your mom’s best friend, a great-great uncle—but have never met. I want you to imagine this person, to describe them or visually present them in full detail, and then step into their life and imagine what it is like. If you are drawing on someone you’ve heard great tales about, you can retell one of those tales from this person’s point of view. You could take on an average day in their life or an extraordinary one—the day they took a big leap or met someone they love.
