Hello, everyone! Spring is here, which for some means clearing out old habits, developing new routines, and cleaning up your life! This semester is super busy for me—probably the busiest I’ve ever been—but I’m not feeling too overwhelmed (yet). So the ultimate (and timeless) question How do I maintain my busy schedule? resurfaced in my head, along with these:
- Is it “unhealthy” to have so many things to do?
- Is it possible to be this busy and keep up with my mental health?
- Is being “swamped” detrimental? How do you combat that?
