Hi, everyone! I am currently enjoying a break away from college this summer; however, I can’t help but continue to stress myself out about school-related things even when I am AWAY from school. In this video, I am primarily asking the following questions because I have NO idea how to answer them!
- How can I stop caring so much?
- Why do the things I care about deeply stress me out?
- Isn’t it OK to care, like, a little?
- Should I forgive myself for being this way, or should I work hard to not constantly worry?
