I often remember a film’s closing credits better than its plot. Occasionally, it’s because the song that plays as the text scrolls down the screen is even more climactic than the movie’s narrative ending. Most of the time, I’m just happy that a terribly long movie is over. Whether you’re waiting for the end of school, work, or just a really bad film, these songs capture the closure, joy, and triumph of the finish.
