Loving this new campaign by student Pax Jones called “Unfair & Lovely,” which attempts to combat colorism. The name of the campaign is inspired by a popular skin-lightening cream called “Fair & Lovely.” Read more about the campaign, and see some of the beautiful images the women involved (including Mirusha and Yanusha Yogarajah, pictured above right) are producing.

This meditation on the protests in Chicago at last Friday’s Trump rally, which was cancelled, was a good follow-up read after the excitement of the protest.

I don’t know why the writer of this article is doubting that Ariana Grande would be anything but excellent on Saturday Night Live (which she was!). I say ignore the subtle hating and check it out for some videos of Grande as an A+ host.
