Tonight, there’s love in the air. But not the type of love you’re thinking about.

As I looked up to the sky, there were stars that I never even noticed before. It was completely silent. I closed my eyes and suddenly felt all of nature become one around me and in that moment, it seemed like everything was going to be OK. I opened my eyes and the sky was so perfect; a million stars shining, the moon vibrantly glowing so far, yet so close. The peace and harmony of the trees, the wind, the crickets, and the river made me fall so hard in love—not with anyone physically standing there with me, but with life itself.

There will never be another night like this, I will never witness life this beautiful again. I will never again feel the way I am feeling tonight. Standing here wishing I could fly and become part of the oneness of nature.
