Taurus

taurus1Jessica’s horoscope: On the ninth, Venus enters Taurus’s house of work, and Mars follows suit on the 13th. It’s an ideal time to kick off new health and work habits. It’s also an opportunity to—hear me out on this—try out a new beauty routine for your face, ’cause Venus loves the complexion, and Mars rules our red blood cells. With the new moon on the 11th, you may be feeling more introspective, and relationships could play a role in that. Jupiter stays in your fifth house of love and play all month, which presents an expansive and dynamic window to being sassy with the people you’re into, or to get really engaged with your creative projects. The new moon on the 11th can be super intense and emo, so be mindful of what comes up that day. On the 25th, when the full moon happens, be clear about what you want to draw into your life. For the bulk of the month, from the third to the 20th, Mercury is in Scorpio in the seventh house, which can lead to heavy interpersonal dynamics. From the 21st onward, initiating friendships and texting new crushes may feel easier. The thing about Taurus is: You tend to like moving slowly, and with intention, regardless of what you are going through. Because of the lunar activity at the start of the month, and all the celestial heaviness at the end of the month, you may feel the need to tap on the brakes even more often than usual—and that’s cool. There’s no need to push it.

Dylan’s advice: Remember that idea of romantic awakeness I brought up last month? Seems like in November, staying in this mindset will continue to bear your heart/mind/soul some beautiful fruit. You are so poised to make a romantic or creative move. Can I give you a weird assignment based on something I started doing? Make a list of things that are magic to you. This could be a one-off—maybe on that introspective new moon on the 11th—or a project you start and maintain. “Magic” is pretty broad, so you can focus your list on magic-ness that also relates to your pursuits or interests at the moment. (My favorite list to compile is one of Magical Men, who remind me that even in the dark garbage-cave of patriarchy, there are very emotive, creative, beautiful men in the world). For example: You could go for a hike and document every single magical thing you see or experience in the natural realm. Or if you’re looking for a Special Sum-1 2 Flirt With and Who Will Treat U Rite, make a list of the happy qualities you are looking for, such as “enjoys pizza and will get a $1 slice with me,” or “won’t get weird when I post pics of us on Instagram,” or “likes books.” Jupiter, the planet who brings lots of luck and gifts, is playing in your house of romance all month, so STAY (romantically) WOKE, TAURUS!
