Aww- so cute! Love this comic:) I can totally relate to this because one of my best friends moved from Ohio to Germany a few years ago. Due to technology like Google hangouts and Snapchat, we are still really close. I do miss seeing her in person though, and just spending time together IRL.

Omg I have the same kind of relationship with my best friend, when I went to the US as a foreign exchange student I was so scared that our relationship was gonna change, but we literally texted everyday and had four hour long Skype sessions every once in a while. I think it’s so amazing that the world we live in right now allows us to keep a meaningful relationships with the people we don’t live close to. I absolutely loved this, great job!!

this is the cutest thing ever omg. My friend Ana and I are like this! She moved back to Spain at the end of 7th grade (I live in FL), but we keep up using Skype and Whatsapp, and I even went to visit her this past May! It felt like nothing had changed, even though it’d been 5 years since we saw each other in person last (she had come to visit me).

Oh my god, this is literally the sweetest thing ever! These drawings are so incredible and cute. And the part about the birthday cupcakes, oh my gosh, that’s just such a great thing to do for someone you love so much. I’m just in love with this month’s theme and posts like this explain exactly why.

I’m a freshman in college, and I am fortunate enough to have already made friends who know me deeply and who I have shared almost everything with. It felt bittersweet to read this, knowing that I will eventually have to physically part from them later on in life, but I will still get to have them to and laugh and cry and tease with no matter the physical distance. I love them so, so much. :)

OMG, this is so me and my sister. We are best friends and she is the most important Person in my life and always has been, but the older we get, the closer we get as well. She was very ill this year and i basically was with her 24/7 for ten months, so we REALLY are “the bestest” friends…but although i have moved to another Country like two months ago it still feels like she is the closest Person around me because we are constantly Messaging and sending each other Pictures of what we are doing/Shopping/eating/etc…. So yeah, i guess, i can totally relate to your Story!!=)

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. I am sure each one of us can see a little bit of our own friendships in this story. Reminded me of my best friends and how i would love to write a comic strip like this for them, that will be the most beautiful walk down the memory lane. Thanks Esme for being so wonderful : )
