I love this so much! What a beautiful concept!!
wish “spirit animal” wasn’t used so casually. there are non-appropriative alternatives. animal likenesses, patronus, etc. disappointing in this article because it’s completely nonessential to the concept/wouldn’t take away from the otherwise cute comic.
Thank you for pointing this out and for the link. The title stemmed from my ignorance (not Kendra’s) and was my call, and you’re right–it was a mistake.
The title was changed for the reasons you brought up, Mollie. Thanks again for calling them to our attention.
ahhh this made me so happy :0)
just from the photos i totally get the animals you chose for your friends, it reminds me of an art lesson when the whole class were talking about which animal suited us best
Kendraaaaa !! This is so amazing!
This is so cute and beautiful and so so nice. This is a perfect example of how girls should be looking at each other when we pass on the street! No more negative nancies! Girls complimenting each other is so important to me and now I’m rambling I’m sorry but this just makes me so happy! I love this Kendra thank you so much aaaah
This is so beautiful Kendra!! Such a thoughtful and cute concept – LOVE. IT.

this is such a cool and creative idea!
Love this! I do this so much. I’m convinced my friend was an eagle in her past life. And my sister was definitely a sun bear, and I think I may have been a tarsier….
Rhea is so gorgeous.
wow this is one of my favorite Rookie pieces yet!
