This is fantastic. I’m moving to New York in September & I’m sad to leave my friends but also really excited about new adventures and everything NY has to offer.

Is that a yashica t3 I spot! I have one myself and adore it, and since owning one I’ve become attuned to picking them up in photos (like some useless form of trainspotting)- there’s a photo of Courtney Love around somewhere with one I think. Was waiting for this piece to come up because I was PRETTY PRETTY sure I spotted it in the thumbnail, heh.

hi Sandy! i love love love these photos. i recently cracked the lens of my Minolta and am using summer money to save for a new camera. is that a yashica t3 and if so do you like it/ hows the user friendlliness? the photos are amazing and they’ve inspired me to start hunting around again (: xx

It is a T3, I mostly love it. It’s very user friendly but the auto focus isn’t great. If you have a little extra money I would probably go with the t4 because they improved on the autofocus, but other than that it’s a wonderful lil camera!

Gorgeous! I could stare at these all day. My best friend is attending NYU in the fall and she’s got me hooked on all the awesome things and people to see there. Hopefully I can find something similar in Philly!
