Caitlin on today’s visual diary: “This week I went on holiday to the seaside. I was ill the whole time, and it was bad. But then one day I was walking, exhausted, along a stone beach, and I sat down on the rocks to rest and saw this one stone that just fit in my palm perfectly, with a little slot for my finger, and I was like, ‘Oh, all right, things can sometimes come together just fine,’ and I knew that I would be OK.”
