And what about their charity song, “Feel Inside (and stuff like that)”? My dad, sister, and I die in laughter every single time we watch/ listen to that- they go into real New Zealand schools and ask REAL HILARIOUS KIDS about being sick, how to raise money, and what the prime minister likes to spend his money on (kid: “a chair, or a sofa..” Bret:”Furniture.” Jermaine:”It’s a good idea.”

      So many laughs XD

Hurt feelings by flight of the Concords is hilar! Me and my dad and my brother listen that one all the time…

Some people say rappers are invincible… We are vincible…

        I DON’T NEED A LADIES WETSUIT- IM A MAN!!!

Yesss! You put Re: Eat your brains! I stumbled upon it in like 2006 and it was stuck in my head ever since. :) I love it, and this whole playlist.

I’m not the only person in the world who’s watched “Commentary! The Musical”… This is a very comforting discovery. But I have to agree, no funny song playlist is complete without Flight of the Conchords.

If your Dad doesn’t have a beard, you’ve got two Mums!

  • Sue Denim October 13th, 2012 2:06 AM

Albie the Racist Dragon and Sugar Lumps are my FOTC hot jams. This list is subsequently a travesty!

  • Narnie October 13th, 2012 2:42 AM

My favourite FOTC song is The Most Beautiful Girl in the Room! It’s wonderful and hilarious

  • Jessica W October 13th, 2012 3:02 AM

It’s music like this that makes me think I can sing/dance. This music gives me confidence. Unlike Beyonce –bless her superior singing/dancing soul– who really sets in the reality that I sound like a dying sea lion when I sing.

    *whispers* thank you

    The Lovelorn

I’d also suggest “I Wish Farranree Had a Beach” by the 3rd class from Scoil Losagain. It was from a school rap program in Ireland, and it is absolute genius. :)

  • Breigh October 13th, 2012 11:39 AM

You should have included Dead Cat Bounce!
Still, Molly Lewis and Garfunkel and Oates? Awesome.

  • Aurora October 13th, 2012 11:47 AM

SO I THREW IT ON THE GROUND! IT WAS A PART OF THIS SYSTEM! MANNNN!
    ahhhh i love that song.

My best friend’s mom dated Weird Al Yankovic, but my friend didn’t tell me until, like, three years after I met her. That should be the sort of thing that you bring up as soon as you introduce yourself.

  • LolaJane October 13th, 2012 11:48 PM

Oh my god. Jonathan Coulton AND Maurissa Tancharoen! This has made my week.

MOLLY LEWIS I LOVE YOU AND YOUR VOICE. AND YOUR FINGERS THAT SO WONDERFULLY PLAY THAT UKE. AND YOUR MIND THAT PREDICTED THE DOWNFALL OF MYSPACE. AND YEAH, YOUR FRONT TEETH ARE NICE.

  • bearsarecool October 15th, 2012 12:09 AM
