These pictures are so gorgeous it kind of made me want to go outside and be all glittery. But it’s twenty past eight and freezing outside, so yeah. The point is, AMAZING SHOOT.

What did you do to the pictures to give them these cool effects? Like with the stars and glitter and tinted colors?
You said you re-scanned them, so did you actually glue the sequins and glitter on the actual paper and use like watercolors or something and THEN re-scan them?
Or did you do that on a computer program?
Thanks so much!! (I am a curious little nugget!)

i edited the colours and such on photoshop, then printed them, then mirren kessling (www.flickr.com/photos/mirrenk) decorated them with gold leaf, sequins and glitter for me, before rescanning them. i’m glad you like the effect!
These are beautiful – #8 is especially amazing!
these are gorgeous! it’s seriously too hard to pick a favorite
Sooo pretty! I love the glitter. And the title fits all the pictures so well!
i think i’m in love
I love seven, it makes the glitter look almost like a natural part of the plants, so it seemed like she was walking in some sort of magic fairy dream world.
Am I the only only one who appreciate the confetti and glitter added to the photos? Hopefully not. I love the 5th photo because it reminds me a lot of the Mert & Marcus spread in W March 2011. #fashionnerdproblems
Oh boy. Such beauty. Such beauty.
#1 and #5 are my faves, but really they’re all special, the girl is so magnetic, the glitter is amazing… These are perfect.

I’m seriously obsessed with the Risto jacket and skirt. These pics are so beautiful!
I feel like these could be stills from a Stevie Nicks/Warpaint/Islet/Gang Gang Dance video.

Lovely photos! I love the clothes – whimsical, yet dark and romantic. It’s very Givenchy meets Alice in Womderland with a dash of Stevie Nicks.
